ChaosSync for Outlook error

ChaosSync for Outlook error

I've been using ChaosSync for Outlook (hope this is the right place to post) and have started getting an error message
"The message interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook"

I've done what I was told to, but still cant sync!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello Garrie,

What version of Outlook are your trying to sync to ? And are you using the latest versions of ChaosSync and !ntellect/T&C ?

If you can, you should try to re-install Outlook and/or Chaos Sync.

In particular to the "reinstall Outlook" suggestion, let me mention that there should be an option to "repair" rather than "reinstall". Some versions have this on the help menu of Outlook. With other versions, you go to the Programs section of the control panel and select Outlook (or Office) to change your options/configuration where you'll find the repair option.

This does solve most issues on the Outlook side, so it was the right idea to suggest something along these lines to you....
