3 (Cellular) -------- Mobile Tel ------- Gen mobile
4 (Fax) ------------ Bus Fax ----------- Bus fax

ChaosSync for Outlook can map almost all T&C/!ntellect phone numbers to Outlook's various fields. Outlook's "Business Tel2" is the only phone field that did not work in the sync.
The limitation is on the Nokia side, which uses Nokia PC Suite (and now moving to Nokia OVI Suite) which has fixed and limited fields. There is no mapping tool. For example, can populate Email1, Email2, Email3 from T&C to Outlook, but only Email1 is synced to Nokia PC Suite. Hence the workaround to use the home page/web address for a second email. Also, using other fax/gen fax as placeholder for second cell - who has 2 fax numbers these days ?
So, the success of a 2 way sync using Outlook as a conduit/hub is dependent on how good your device syncs with Outlook. Unfortunately, the only way to find out is to experiment and test things. If you can get the information from your phone/pda to Outlook, then there is a good chance that it will sync with T&C/!ntellect.
