Time Zone for forum

I'm a brand new user / member. I was confused when creating my account because my time zone wasn't available on the drop-down list. I'm in Plano (Dallas), which is in Central Daylight Time, and that isn't in the list. Central Standard Time was there, but Standard and Daylight times differ by an hour.

Welcome to the forum!

I'm going to take a look at the drop-down options for time zones and either I or someone else will surely respond promptly.

Okay, I think I have the answer to your question. Select Central Standard Time. Then choose yes, DST is in effect. I'm on the east coast, and that's what I had to do to make the adjustment.

Hope that helps!
